Q. How long does the process take?

A. We recommend that you allow a minimum of 8 weeks for the project to run. Artwork completed and submitted in the Autumn term will be delivered by the first week in December (Don't forget that part of the fun for the children will be to send cards to each other so it is important not to leave it too late).

Q. How do we communicate with Easy School Christmas Cards?

A. We are an independent company, committed to quality and customer service. We ask that you appoint a coordinator, who can register with us and act as the link between yourselves and Easy School Christmas Cards. This ensures that we can respond to any questions or requests quickly and effectively.

Q. How much does this cost?

A. We charge 5.00 per pack of 12 A6 cards with envelopes and recommend that you sell on at 6.50 per pack, raising 1.50 for your school. This provides good value to children and their families and contributes to your fundraising programme.

Q. When is payment required?

A. We will invoice on completion of the project and request payment within10 working days.
